30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your Chompsie doesn't fit or you don't love it, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

How it works:
1. Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We reply with return instructions.
3. Send the item back in good condition with its giant comb.
4. Once your return arrives, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping: you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. Return shipping is only free when your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't pay for the return.

Exchanges: need a different size or colour? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it.

Refund timing: after we issue a refund, your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
